How WDR is funded
WDR earns money from consultancy, training and study-abroad guidance services, from display advertising served by Google AdSense, and from sponsorships with partners. Our free tools and guides are funded by these sources.
Display advertising
Some pages show adverts served by Google. WDR does not choose individual adverts and does not endorse the products shown. Google may use cookies to show adverts; where required, we ask for your consent first. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sponsored and partner content
- Content that a partner has paid for and influenced is labelled "Ad" or "Advertisement feature" at the top of the page.
- Tools, categories or newsletter issues supported by a partner are labelled "Presented by [partner]".
- If we ever use affiliate links, which pay us a commission, we will say so next to the link.
Editorial independence
Sponsors do not review, approve or change our independent articles, guides and tools. We do not accept sponsorship that promises guaranteed visa, admission, investment or lending outcomes.
Financial products
WDR is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give regulated financial advice. We only feature financial products in paid content where UK rules on financial promotions and advertising are met.
